The oil and propane industry is largely made up of family-owned businesses. These close-knit families appreciate the loyalty, hard work, and dedication it takes to serve in the military, the same attributes that these same businesses look for in their employees. Not to mention, many of the skills the veterans learned in the military can apply directly to this industry. As a result, oil and propane companies have been committed to rewarding these veterans with high paying jobs at their businesses, making their communities stronger and showing respect to those who served.
By taking initiative to train and hire veterans, we are hoping our message will spread throughout other industries, giving veterans the jobs, training, and respect that they earned.
