V.E.T.S. conducts ongoing and constant outreach to our veteran network to articulate the many benefits of a career in the propane and oil industry. Along with the industry introduction, we keep them updated with the many open positions that are available in their preferred career area of focus and location.

Additionally, our veteran recruiters make themselves available to help identify the needs of any member. This can include support in proofing and providing recommendations on position postings ads to make them more appealing to veterans, help with ad content that is military speak friendly, suggestions on benefits & compensation packages and how to access and identify the veteran benefits that most veterans don’t know they have.

We would estimate that our outreach in any given market would exceed 40,000 veterans.
