The Illinois Army National Guard and the Vets2Techs program is hosting a job fair in conjunction with our Yellow Ribbon event on February 19th in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The
Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a DoD-wide effort to promote the well-being of National Guard and Reserve members, their families, and communities, by connecting
them with employment resources throughout the deployment cycle.

This Yellow Ribbon event is mandatory for all local units to attend; however, we are inviting all local Soldiers in the Illinois Army National Guard. We have 152 people registered and 52 of them have identified as unemployed. These numbers do not reflect anyone outside of the units that we have invited. This group of Soldiers recently returned from a yearlong mission. We are inviting any employer that is open to hiring members of the Illinois Army National Guard and their families.
