The Alabama Army National Guard and the Vets2Techs program are hosting a job fair in conjunction with our Yellow Ribbon events. The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a DoD-wide effort to promote the well-being of National Guard and Reserve members, their families, and communities, by connecting them with employment resources throughout the deployment cycle.

This Yellow Ribbon event is mandatory for all local units to attend; however, we are also inviting all local Soldiers in the Alabama Army National Guard. We have over 1,660 people registered for the events listed below. These numbers do not reflect anyone outside of the units that we have invited. This group of Soldiers recently returned from a year-long mission.

We are inviting any employer that is open to hiring members of the Alabama Army National Guard and their families. Some Soldiers in attendance will bring their significant others.
