Scope of the Role includes:
Using their in-depth knowledge of Paraco products and solutions, our Service Administrators provide effective customer service for internal and external customers.? With their positivity and helpful ?can-do? attitude, they act as brand ambassadors as they are dedicated professionals possessing a positive work ethic and exceptional communication skills, taking pride in what they do each and every day.? Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Answering calls, assisting with billing questions, payments, issue resolution and delivery scheduling.
- Answer overflow calls for the Service Department (including emergency hotline).
- Assist all customers walking into branch during office hours inclusive of dealer fill-ups and BBQ exchanges.
- Review of driver delivery envelopes for DVIR’s, Pressure Test forms and Swap Out orders.
- Educating customers on the cost-savings benefits of our offered maintenance contracts.
- Suggesting tank monitoring installation to customers where appropriate.
- Issuing Credits/Refunds to customers for overpayments when requested.
- Monthly input of Meters readings into ADDs systems and into monthly End of Monthly Inventory spreadsheet.
- Daily review of evening shift log.
- Filing, copying and faxing as necessary.
- Billing out all service work after coding.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by manager.
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits and reconcile all money when required.
- Prepare all month-end reports and other duties that may be assigned as required.
We?re looking for the following abilities and skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year related customer interaction experience and/or training.
- Bilingual speaking proficiency: Spanish/English (preferred but not required)
- Punctuality and dependability arriving on time evidencing a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer knowledge with some data entry skills coupled with experience with Microsoft Office.
- Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other regional field offices as well as Rye Brook, NY corporate offices for training.
- Hours of this position are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday with a willingness and capability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and overtime) when needed.
