Bay Area Propane and Diesel Delivery is a fast growing small business located in Oakland, CA. We offer 24/7 onsite fueling services around the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We are growing quickly, and are in need of a full time office manager to help manage the day to day operations of the business. The ideal candidate has experience with dispatching an logistics, managing customer requests, and also managing company finances. The ideal candidate is also someone that is looking for an opportunity to grow with the company, as this position will hopefully grow into a leadership role in the future.
– Dispatch/Manage scheduling for a fleet of 8-10 trucks
– Answer customer calls and respond to customer requests
– Manage Accounts Receivable and collections
– Perform bookkeeping duties in QuickBooks
– Data entry into the various company systems
– Assist with day to day operations of the business
– Dispatch/Logistics experience is preferred
– Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred
– Strong customer service skills are required
